Tirupati - Best in Solid Waste Management (1-3 lakh)

The pilgrim city, Tirupati, has been ranked as India’s best city in Solid Waste Management in the population category of 1 to 3 lakh.
For implementation of best practices, two colored bins were distributed to the residents for segregating the dry and wet waste, commercial streets are cleaned twice a day.
