Inspired by graveyards, the Parisian Catacombs, good vs. evil, the human anatomy, Francis Bacon, architecture, music, and horror movies, my design aesthetic takes women's wear to the dark side. Focusing on blacks and greys, I prefer minimal use of color in my work. By manipulating different fabrics including leather, velvet, fur, and silk, I am able to communicate an edgy and grim message through my designs.
