NBCU Directing Fellowship Program Part 2
NBCUniversal's Directing Fellowship Program is one of the company's many creative talent development programs designed to scout and recruit diverse talent for in front of, and behind the camera. This program takes directors accomplished in their respective fields (features, commercials, music videos, etc.) and have them work alongside episodic television directors. The experience helps the directors' foster relationships and fine tune their art to fit the television format. We talked with Vice President Programming Talent Development & Inclusion NBC Entertainment, Karen Horne and famed "GRIMM" and "Law & Order SVU" director, Norberto Barba as well two participants of the program.
