Marathon's Quickfire Bug

The rapid firing of the Fusion Pistol and then the Magnum starting at 23 seconds is an exploit found only in the original Marathon application. It was fixed for Marathon 2 and thus is not found in Aleph One either. The trick is performed by rapidly cycling away from and back to the weapon. Bungie was aware the bug was present but chose to leave it in the original game. Amusingly, this trick also worked in multiplayer.
