Law of the Land - The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2015
The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2015 aims to encourage young entrepreneurs and new start-ups by proposing the removal of the mandatory minimum paid up capital required to get registration under the Companies Act among various other provisions. Through this amendment, the Government is also looking to pave the way for ease of doing business.
