ALLEN Career Institute Kota | Orientation Session by Founder Director Rajesh Maheshwari Sir

ALLEN Career Institute was founded with a small step, when the director Shri Rajesh Maheshwari, was studying in the 2nd year of his Polytechnic (Mechanical) in 1986. A student from his neighborhood in J.K. Colony sought solutions of a few problems from him. The student was so impressed with his method of explaining that he has expressed a desire to study tuition from Shri Maheshwari. Sh. Rajesh Maheshwari accepted his request, and then one by one, a few more students from J.K. Colony started coming to him for tuitions. He then started teaching on a dining table at home with time when these students started securing better results, Mr Maheshwari’s interest in teaching started growing. Soon after completing his polytechnic diploma, he got an offer from famous J.K. Industry and the offer letter was brought to him by his elder brother Sh. Govind Maheshwari. But his keen interest in teaching he choose the path of teaching over the prestigious job in J.K. Industry.
Maheshwari began to enjoy teaching and helping the youth for a better career and thereby with an innovative thought of starting an institute to replace the individual tuition for all three science subjects (PCMB) under one roof. In 1988 started a full-fledged coaching institute in a rented room. Hence the new era of coaching for all subjects at a single place started which laid the foundation of Kota coaching and founded ALLEN Career Institute on 18th April 1988 - named in the memory of his Father Late Shri Laxmi Narayan (L.N.) Maheshwari.
