Toronto Enters Stage 3! Narrated Downtown Walk on Friday, July 31 [4K]

A narrated 4K downtown Toronto walk on the first day of the stage 3 reopening. The province of Ontario has finally allowed Toronto to enter stage 3 so I went for a walk around downtown along Dundas Street through Little Tokyo and then into the Eaton Centre to check out the food court, then it was north up Yonge Street and along Gerrard Street and Church Street to Wellesley. I finish up by walking into Wellesley Station. Bars, restaurants and cafes are now allowed to serve dine-in customers (with capacity limitations and mask requirements) and other changes have been implemented as well which I discuss in the video. This was recorded on Friday, July 31 just before 5:30 pm and the temperature was 28 degrees Celsius.
