Great Moments In Seattle Seahawks History | Legends of The Lombardi

2013 was a magical season. The Seattle Seahawks built off their momentum from the prior year, playing dominant football, bludgeoning their way to the Super Bowl. Leading up to the contest, pundits said the simple Seattle defense would fall to the mighty Bronco offense. Outside of Seattle, most of the country agreed. Lead by NFL royalty, Peyton Manning was the maestro of this explosive Bronco offense that set NFL records this year for points and passing yardage, looking unstoppable against anyone. That is until they met the Legion of Boom. The Seahawks team took the Broncos to the woodshed for a spanking, and showed their old rival what true greatness looked like. It may have not have been the beginning of the dynasty Seahawks fans had hope for, but it was a beautiful Super Bowl win nonetheless. Go Hawks!
