Specialized’s Stumpjumper has arguably been the benchmark trail mountain bike for many years. So every time a new iteration hits the market, it piques the interest of many. For the latest model - named the Stumpjumper 15 - Specialized didn’t stray too far from the previous generation’s geometry or kinematics. However, with refinements all round, and the creation of the new GENIE rear shock in partnership with Fox, Specialized has once again pushed the performance up a notch or two. Now it’s time to share how it performed over nearly 500 miles of tickling its capability limits.
