In Sheffield, South Yorkshire, psychologist Felix Economakis and nutritionist Charlotte Watts meet Jamie Davison, a 27-year-old retail manager who longs to feel passionate about food, but is hampered by his unhealthy addiction to brown sauce. With health threats looming, the pair set out to help their patient overcome his unusual diet anxieties.

Imagine surviving on Yorkshire puddings and diet coke and hotdogs for the most part of your life or gagging at anything that comes close to your mouth that isn’t a tomato ketchup sandwich or a cheese and tomato pizza.

This series gets to the heart of people’s disordered and extreme eating habits. This series welcomes two presenters - nutritionist Charlotte Watts and fully qualified Chartered Counselling Psychologist and hypnotherapist, Felix Economakis. Each programme features a person with a bizarre and extreme eating problem, so out of control that food has taken over normal life. Viewers can see how the individuals change as they overcome their phobias, face their food demons and work out the reason for their odd eating habits.
