Why Being CHEAP Can Be COSTLY - Saving Money Vs ROI - Practical Examples And Stories For Lawn Care

So i had a few thoughts I wanted to get across sharing some ideas about why being cheap can be costly. Mainly, talking about saving money vs ROI, and how the two mindsets are entirely different.

Now I am all about saving money when I can, but NOT at the expense of making more money, and growing my income. Many folks have shared many opinions on topics like this, but in reality, the number one goal you have as a business owner is to GROW your sales. Case closed.

Point number two I wanted to make in this video was the fact that although you could potentially save money, there does come a point when you end up, if I can be blunt: being cheap. Whether it comes to paying your employees wages, getting "free" business cards, or purchasing low grade tools.

Just some thoughts I had over the last week as there were a few relevant stories, which also brought up some old memories too. Have you guys ever been in the scenario where you went the "save money" (cheap) route, only to have it end up costing you more in the long run?
