Faroe Islands Winter Travel: Klakkur Mountain in Klaksvik

Klakkur is a small mountain near Klaksvik, Faroe Islands from where you can see the entire area and the admire the most magnificent views on both sides. It is not far to walk up there from Klaksvik, and the route is not very difficult; however, it was winter...and the wind and the snow made it a whole different adventure. I really felt I was at the end of the world, although you could still see the town from a distance. Amazing experience, facing the elements of nordic winter nature! Faroe Islands are definitely one of the most beautiful places in the world where you should travel to! Join me! :)
