The Enchanted Forest 2019 beautiful illumination show 'Cosmos' in Scottish Woodland near Pitlochry

Scotland’s multi-award winning show The Enchanted Forest, set in Faskally Wood near Pitlochry, Perthshire. The 2019 show 'Cosmos' had amazing visuals and innovative design, set against an original music score that had visitors enthralled as they explored the autumn woodland.

There were several different areas to explore with a central linking bridge over the loch. Areas for 2019 included Helios, messages from space, aurora borealis, constellations and cosmic connection. The most amazing is 'Constellations' where a wall of water is sprayed over the loch to form a screen onto which images are projected, an immersive show lasting a few minutes which captivated visitors.

This World renowned, multi-award winning event has gained many accolades including the UK’s Best Cultural Event, Best Outdoor Festival and Scotland’s Best Large Event. The show is created by lighting designers Kate Bonney and Simon Hayes, with original sound tracks created by RJ McConnell, Jon Beales and Rachel Cullen in collaboration with Novak.
