Understanding The Power of Habit Chapter 1 and 2

Catherine Coleman, a California community college instructor, discusses The Power of Habit (Chapter 1 and 2) by Charles Duhigg, explains the three parts of the habit loop (cue, routine, and reward) and how cravings drive these habit loops. This video lecture will be most advantageous to those who have read the book and / or even have a copy during the presentation as specific references will be given. It is designed to accompany a college class and essay assignment at Irvine Valley College although anyone who has read the book should find it beneficial.
