Guy Sebastian surprises Scott Maxwell, ARIA Music Teacher of the Year Award 2018 Nominee

Guy Sebastian visited Grant High School in South Australia's Mount Gambier to highlight the importance of music education and announce local teacher, Scott Maxwell, as a nominee for the ARIA Music Teacher of the Year Award run in partnership with The Song Room and sponsored by Telstra.

Creative kids are brighter kids, and this award highlights the great work done by music teachers around the country, as well as the fact that despite this, three out of four Australian children still miss out on music education in schools.
