National Alert Test -- EAS -- Emergency Alert System -- Presidential Alert -- WEA

The National Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) system test as seen on three phones and simultaneous National Emergency Alert System (EAS) test as seen on cable TV. The Test was scheduled for 11:18 am PDT. First to alert is a Google Pixel 2 XL with active service; next an old Google Nexus 6P (no active service!); then cable TV.

The LG flip phone with AT&T service does not alert. Notice the TV EAS alert does not quite work properly, coming in late and ending before the announcement finishes.
