Osha root, also known as bear root, bear medicine or chuchupate, plays an important role in traditional Indian cultures as medicine, ceremonial incense and a spiritual ally in a medicine bundle. Its therapeutic properties include relieving respiratory and viral infections, and helping with sore throats, bronchial inflammations and fevers. During this webinar, we discussed how to work with this special Plant Relative for our winter health needs.

PRESENTER: Arzu Mountain Spirit. Dr. Arzu is a plant medicine woman, traditional health care practitioner, life coach, and wisdom-keeper on the healing practices of the Garifuna people. Descended from a lineage of matriarchal Garifuna healers, she offers teachings and travels the world sharing knowledge on the spiritual and healing properties of sacred medicinal plants.
