Officer William Evans was killed in the line of duty during an attack on April 2nd. His casket lay in honor in the Capitol Building, the very place he protected for 18 years. Evans’ 9-year-old son, Logan, wore his father’s service hat as he got a gift, a challenge coin, from President Biden.
