Luna: Solo triad stair bunker base - no BPs required - 21+ rockets (Rust base design)

Luna is a simple, inexpensive base built around a triad bunker. It is designed to be cheap and easy to build and maintain for a casual solo player, but still provide the living space and protection to make it through a long wipe.

TC is protected against 21+ rockets, and a full raid takes 24+ rockets.

Upkeep: 1.3k stone, 1.4k metal, 25 HQM
