More Combine, Nested Lists, and URLSession with SwiftUI - RestApp Part 2

In this video we will add another level to our nested List in SwiftUI. We will change our previous implementation to use Combine to keep the UI updated. We will also add another URLDataTask to post rating data to our mock server.
