these ACV/cayenne pepper/tumeric morning shots were AMAZING for inflammation/weight loss the first time around so I'm starting them again tmm!

My first thought when I started them was "I could literally do this forever - I have NO reason to stop." but me being the ✨ADHD queen✨ that I am, I got tired of the repetitive daily routine & felt a break was necessary.

What I'm doing differently this time:
- using the actual BRAGG acv WITH the mother
- using an actual lemon instead of lemon juice
- making the drink daily instead of for the week
- I MAY end up incorporating olive oil into this recipe.
- I'm pretty much using the same recipe but from another creator here on TikTok (I'll tag her in the next ACV post)

I can't wait for these results!! 🩷
