Recipes:
Sweet Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen corn (thawed)
4 large eggs
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup milk
6 Tbsp sugar
½ stick butter (at room temperature)
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt

Sweet and Tart Cranberry Chutney:
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
The zest of one orange
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Cranberries
1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon & nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 stick of cinnamon
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups sugar

Heat the butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. When the butter froths, stir in the cranberries and the remaining ingredients. Raise the heat slightly and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the chutney is fairly thick and glazed.

PreHeat Oven to 350 degrees. Butter 8x8x2 dish. Blend all ingredients in the processor until smooth. I used our immersion blender, one of my favorite things to have in the kitchen! Pour into the dish and bake until set, about 40-45 minutes:)
