Repairing a yanmar 3jh3e

Rebuilding the engine that got water logged in a hurricane then someone tried to start it with water in the cylinders and bent a rod. Then to top that off they removed the head and let it sit in the elements opened up for years and seized the engine . Two afternoons and i got this this back together and tried to start.
