T10 RN CA Goliath [WiP] - Well It's Not Bad, But..

It's not that good either. Mediocre to poor DPM, both AP and HE. AP penetration is below average, especially for 234mm guns. The tankiness is high, but there are significant armor weaknesses, especially with WGs 457mm spam. No real consumable utility, speed is average.
