Active Kids Challenge – Week 3 Challenge - The 100 💯

Today’s challenge is all about consistency, strength and fun! It’s called The 100 — a simple routine made up of 10 exercises, 10 reps each. That’s 100 reps total!

💪 Here’s a suggested list:
- Star jumps
- Squats
- Push-ups (or wall push-ups)
- High knees (each leg = 1)
- Sit-ups or crunches
- Lunges (5 each leg)
-Skaters
-Mountain climbers
-Arm circles (forwards & backwards)
-Plank hold – 10 seconds or 10 shoulder taps

Do this every day this week and see how much stronger and faster you get! You can even time yourself and try to beat your score. Just 5 minutes a day to get kids active and build healthy habits that last.

✅ Bonus tip: Make a chart and tick it off daily. Kids LOVE seeing their progress.Most importantly — make it fun! Do it together..
