The Democrats have consistently spouted talk of uniting America when there has been four years of "persistent determination to silence" President Trump and his supporters and to deny him his 2016 victory, according to Alan Jones.

"The left continues with their false narrative about uniting America," Mr Jones said.

"It sounds great, but it is rhetorical nonsense. Who was it who divided America? Right from Trump's inauguration, Democrats refused to turn up.

"Nineteen minutes after Trump was inaugurated, the Washington Post declared the impeachment campaign had started. Was that when Trump divided America?

"Nancy Pelosi ripped up Trump's State of the Union address in front of the world, showing total disrespect for the President of the United States. Did that unify America?

"We have seen four years of a persistent determination to silence Trump supporters, to deny Trump the validity of his 2016 victory and to sponsor any left-wing outfit that could be mobilised to destabilise or denigrate Donald Trump. "
