St. Louis forecast: Out with the northern lights, in with the rain

We are in for a treat this Mother's Day. Sunny skies, a few clouds and highs in the warm low 80s are in order. As we inch towards the evening, more clouds will fill in.

Showers start up tonight and will stretch into Tuesday. We'll see a few storms through Tuesday. Wednesday will be dry, then more rain picks up Thursday. Severe weather is unlikely.

Storm chances linger into next week. Temperatures and humidity will get the boost Saturday.
