RE4Industry Webinar "Sustainable Syngas Production for the German and European Glass Industries"

Yesterday, Sustainable Syngas Production for the German and European Glass Industries Webinar took place in the framework of RE4Industry knowledge transfer activities. We would like to thank the co-organisors Christiane Nelles from BV Glas, Hendrik Steinort from Enviva Biomass, as well as the presenters Dr. Jörg Leicher from GWI, Dr. Ferdinand Düner from HVG-DGG, and Thomas Bleul from Spanner Re2 GmbH.
The webinar was met with great interest by the participants. The area of focus was on the potential and challenges of sustainable syngas production for application in the European glass industry at the webinar. After the presentations, a valuable exchange occurred during the fruitful discussion with the participants and the presenters.
We look forward to the upcoming events, where we will continue discussing the options for the full decarbonization of EIIs.
