This video is inspired by talented musical theater YouTuber, Katherine Steele. Dance program and intensive auditions are right around the corner and everyday new industry auditions are being posted here in Los Angeles. Although auditions can be the doorway to some of our most exciting experiences, they can also cause feelings of nervousness and self doubt. In this video I share 5 tips with you that have helped me approach auditions with more confidence and have helped me shake some of those audition nerves. There is no way to guarantee that you will book a job, but going into an audition with confidence will help you improve your performance, make a more lasting impression, and feel satisfied with yourself no matter the result.
