President Biden's aircraft over London | June 2021

On Sunday 13th June, President Biden flew up from Newquay in Cornwall, after the G7 summit, to London to meet Her Majesty The Queen for afternoon tea. Already stationed at RAF Northolt - the only remaining RAF base in London - were the HMX-1 (Marine Helicopter Squadron 1) VH-3D helicopters. They teamed up with two RAF Puma HC2s, an NPAS EC-145 and an SAS AS365 Dauphin to form the NIGHTHAWK formation.

The video starts with footage taken at RAF Northolt of NIGHTHAWK formation departing for Heathrow. Then it continues at Heathrow with the arrival of AIRFORCE1 and SAM46, and then finally we go back to Northolt to catch NIGHTHAWK formation arriving at their temporary home.
