India captain Rohit Sharma has criticised broadcaster Star Sports for recording and airing the audio of his chat with a former Mumbai Indians teammate Dhawal Kulkarni and others ahead of an IPL match recently.

In the clip, Rohit requested with the cameraman of the broadcaster to not record the audio of his conversation and despite that, the conversation was aired irking the former MI captain.

Two days after MI played their final league match of IPL 2024, Rohit has responded to the incident, claiming his privacy has been breached with the broadcaster focusing on getting exclusive content to get views and engagements.
