Recently, Old Skool Pokemon sent me the "Purple Energy" to sign and feature on my channel. For those unaware, the Purple Energy, is a charity drive established by Poke Knowledge Cards, in which the recipient is obligated to take an interesting photo of the card, before making a $20 donation to charity and sending the card on to a new recipient. While reflecting on my past, I immediately knew that I wanted to make an entire video with this card, revisiting some of the important Pokemon memories and locations of my past.

From my old elementary school yard where we first traded cards to the mall where I ran a Pokemon league 20 years ago, this adventure was incredibly nostalgic! Additionally, I wanted to express how Pokemon changed my life, so here are 5 important lessons from collecting Pokemon cards.
