This started as just a Dance Fitness class and has grown into so much more. The #DanceFitFam Movement is about bringing people together to become healthier, happier, and more fulfilled in this short life we are given. Our #DanceFitFam boogies together at our dance fitness class, we participate in charity events together, we support each other online in our support group, and so much more. Our goal is to create a community and atmosphere where all ages, genders, and capabilities feel welcome and are all moving towards the same goals: to become the best versions of ourselves and leave this world better than we found it. And why not get down and boogie while you're at it!!
