Calming & Relaxing 60 Cycle Hum

I'm Nat Napoletano, a sound designer with 30 years of experience designing and composing sound and music for documentary videos, games, military flight trainers and live theater. I have a good deal of trouble staying asleep and have produced numerous videos that work well. This series of videos represents the best of the best.

The sounds are mostly drones from motors and machines. I find that music doesn't work well for me because it contains an intellectual component that alerts my brain, and I begin listening to the music. Even if I compose the music myself.
