Fall ferry ride across the Connecticut River, going to Gillette Castle

A beautiful fall ferry ride. Going across the Connecticut River on the historic ferry (Chester-Hadlyme Ferry). It began as a private ferry back in 1769. It is now operated by the CT Dept. of Transportation. It is one of two active ferries on the Connecticut River. A great view of the Gillette Castle from the ferry, too.
