New Guest Rooms Part 7 Forming the Staircase, Niece joins Model Competition

In this video I cover key aspects to the build of the new rooms using the same method as we did on the main house. Electrical and plumbing embedded in the concrete as we pour. No need for drop ceilings as we do our form work to look nice without it. No need for rendering the walls as they are perfect and ready to finish as we pull the forms. No need for chipping open the concrete to place electrical in walls and ceilings as it is already there during the pour.
This does require planning and fore thought.

We are a Fil Am couple sharing our lives between living in Texas USA and Iloilo City on Panay Island Philippines.
