Northern Ireland riots rage for the sixth night
Political leaders in Northern Ireland are calling for calm after six nights of violence which has left 55 police officers injured.
Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Brandon Lewis admitted Brexit had created real issues but violence was not the solution.
With the Brexit border in the outer city tensions are flaming in loyalist areas as Mr Lewis returned to Belfast and said a diplomatic approach should be taken.
The trouble started when Sinn Féin escaped prosecution for alleged breaches of COVID-19 regulations at an IRA funeral.
