Creating a poll can help you learn what your customers want most!

You can ask questions like, “What color jewelry would you like to see posted in the next album?”, “What’s your favorite piece of jewelry?”, “What time is the most convenient for you to shop a live show?”, “What keeps you from starting your own business?”.

Using polls will help you understand and learn what fits the needs of your customers!

👉🏻For example, you want to learn about what keeps a customer from becoming a business partner?

Ask, “What keeps you from starting your own business?” Then, give them options to choose.

For example:
A) Fear of failure
(If they select this one, you know they have been thinking about joining but may need some encouragement because they are afraid)

B) Money
(If they select this one, you know they have been thinking about it but money is an issue. You can help them host a party and use the hostess credits towards a kit)

C) Not enough time
(If they select this one, you know they have been thinking about it but unsure how to it could fit their schedule.) You can help them to understand that they can work as much or as little as they want depending on if they are seeking a full or part time income.

👉🏻Using polls is a great way to engage with your community on Facebook. It will also help boost your algorithm if your customers engage with the poll.
