15 MIN Full Body HIIT Workout - Knee Friendly // The Perfect No Jumping Intense Workout // Sami Clarke #FitAtHome

Hi friends!

Happy Monday! Even though we haven't been in our "normal" routines, you guys have been keeping me company on Youtube & on Instagram Live. It's motivated me to do my best to put out two videos a week here and I'm loving the feedback that you've been giving me.

For those of you who haven't worked out with me before, tell me what you look for in a workout? Do you like to focus on full body, are you focused on specific body parts, what makes working out fun for you?

I shared a 10 minute workout last week and I have a few more coming that will make up a series! I'm starting to get the hang of the playlists so I'm going to be creating playlists for workouts that I usually do together, but since not all of us have hours to spare I'm going to break it down into four or five videos!

If you're feeling motivated today come to my IG and try some of the workouts on my feed! If you aren't following me then I hope you join me on IG, it's a lot like YouTube content wise, but I feel like you can get to know me a little more!
