Buyer Beware - Sawgrass Dye Sublimation printers - Watch this before you buy - Not for beginners

I am a professional graphic design artist and t shirt maker and for the past 10 years I have never received as poor customer service as I have with Sawgrass...The printer works but overall I will give it 2/5 stars...Definitely not worth the money, the hassle. If you are a BEGINNER please stay far away from this device as you will run into expensive headaches

Issue 1 - Know the sublimation paper thickness...120grams is good, anything less you may get "pizza wheels" on your design.

Issue 2 - Replacement ink costs upwards of $300 plus.

Issue 3 - I have heard horror stories of people who bought the cheap replacement inks and sawgrass voided their warranty and it prints black lines through their prints

Issue 4- Cheap replacement ink has done wonders for me! But I wouldnt recommend it because of issue 3

Issue 5 - Not worth the hassle

Issue 6 - After years doing graphics...Im sure beginners who print dont know that your graphics dpi MUST BE SET TO 300DPI - PLEASE DONT SET IT MORE THAN 300 DPI OR IT WONT PRINT... I made a mistake and had it set for 700 dpi and was wondering what happened to it and realized it aint print.

Issue 7 - Get the Epson f570...its a better investment in the long run and makes this printer feel like a waste of $1500

MOST IMPORTANTLY DO YOUR RESEARCH! THIS IS NOT A PAID VIDEO JUST AN HONEST ONE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE
