Gravity Stripe Start/End Date Add-On for Gravity Forms and Stripe

This add-on for Gravity Stripe makes it possible to choose a start date or multiple dates in advance for Gravity Forms users to choose from when they are signing up for a subscription. An example would be a summer camp start date subscription.

The end date functionality allows the subscription website admin to end a subscription automatically after a specific number of payments, a term limit, or end the Gravity Forms subscription on a chosen date.
