Lower body mat pilates | No equipment

Lower body Pilates the only workout you’ll need for the proper glute pump! Below is the full workout:

Workout:

10r Hamstring/ lower back stretch
8r Downward facing dog calve stretch
6r Heel sits
8r Single calve raise
10r Squat
8r Double calve raise
10r squat pulses
8r Glute kick (both sides)
8r Glute cross over (both sides)
8r 45 Degree glute raise (both sides)
10r side squats (both sides)
