I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail! Chapter Twelve - The Final Miles

And then it was over...
On June 5th, I finished my AT thru-hike near Rockfish Gap in VA. It was an anticlimactic ending point, but that place feels monumental to me; true to my story.
This journey has been one of an indescribable feat. Through the thick of it, I found parts of myself that would otherwise still be hidden, and through the mellow days I experienced joy and friendship that can only be met deep in the GREEN TUNNEL!
My love goes out to this trail that turned me inside out and upside down, for the better.
