The Cowboy Crew

The Cowboy Crew at Montana Correctional Enterprises is comprised of a group of inmates from Montana State Prison who work on MCE’s ranch. One of the group’s biggest tasks in the spring is branding the calves from the ranch. Agriculture Director Ross Wagner said this program helps inmate workers form “good work habits” from working in agriculture.
