Super Mario Galaxy 2: KAIZO Edition! - Episode 1 - Launch Star-ting to get tough

Super Mario Galaxy 2: Kaizo Edition (or "Project Kaizo") is a hack created by Super Hackio. It's made up of small level edits which can make levels incredibly hard to beat. Well designed trolls? Maybe not so much, but a hack like this is needed in the world so let's beat it to 100%!

Note: I know I really hate it when people change the titles of hacks to suit their titles. This is just an introductory title - I will probably use Kaizo Edition or Project Kaizo for future episodes. But I think it's close enough :p
