Spline Milling a Clutch Input Shaft for a Porsche Dynamometer Single Point Boring Bar Cuts Profile

In this video I do a bunch of spline milling for some shafting used to setup and dyno some Porsche and VW engines. The splines were 24 and not involute so I ground a lathe tool slightly to match the taper of the side of the splines based off the original shaft sample. It was a whole lot of indexing and I am sure glad I didn't mess it up as it is super easy to loose track of what you are doing when using those dividing heads.
