Synology DS1815+ Totally Died, NOT Pro or Enterprise Service - 732

My Synology DS1815+ NAS died, from one day to the next,, just powered off,, and as I show, did not power on.

I am use to Enterprise level Service,,well from "some" Server producers, and they will have a technician onsite the next day, ith parts to try to fix a server or a storage unit. 8,4 or even 2 hours response time, if you want to cough up extra money.

The DS1815+ is sold as a Professional NAS box,,,, 19 days to fix a pieces of professional equipment. NO that is totally unacceptable! and compared to the services, you get on a server in the same prices range,, it's a not funny joke!
