The causes of thick calves include edema, fat, and muscle.
But in fact, causes of thick calves maybe are a mixture of the three .
Among them, the main cause of thick calves is calf muscle hypertrophy.
The main treated leg muscles are medial gastrocnemius , lateral gastrocnemius , and the deep soleus muscle on the back of the calf.
We will introduce how to treat calf muscles in the next video.
