Spaghetti All Puttanesca made Vegan! This delicious Italian dish is perfect for a quick dinner at home with friends and family.

Recipe--

Ingredients-
1 lb. Whole Wheat Spaghetti pasta
1- 15 ounce can of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of Capers, drained from brine
1/2 cup of sliced Black Olives
1- 24 ounce can of Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of Tomato Paste
*Red Chili Flakes- optional

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In a medium saucepan add in beans, capers, olives and can of diced tomatoes. Sprinkle in Italian seasonings and Red Chili Flake if using.Stir well to combine. Heat in pan over medium heat until a simmer is reached. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. While sauce is starting to cook, dissolve Tomato Paste in cup of water. Be sure to completely dissolve tomato paste in water! Once dissolved pour into pot of simmering sauce and stir in. Continue to simmer sauce for another 5 minutes with 10 minutes of total cooking time.
4. Serve with cooked Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Enjoy!
