Brand new vacuum cleaner sporadicly falling down the stairs. Neato supporter asks me to clean sensors from dirt and everything should be all right.

Previous to this robot I had a Irobot roomba 780. The roomba vacuumed every single day for 5 years without falling down.

Neato is just full of bad excuses.
